4. Booking and Payment Terms

- Booking confirmation is sent via email/SMS
- Token numbers are assigned based on booking order
- Exact appointment time may vary based on clinic schedule
4.2 Payment Terms
- Booking fees are charged online via Cashfree
- Consultation fees are payable directly at the clinic
- All payments are processed securely
- Booking fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Patient Cancellation
- You may cancel appointments through the platform
- Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment
- Booking fees are non-refundable upon cancellation
- Late cancellations may be subject to clinic policies
5.2 Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment
- No additional booking fee for rescheduling
